The kits contain everything you need to make the piece, and when you have worked the stitched design the instructions tell you how to stick the pieces together using a glue stick or liquid glue. The kits contain 14-count perforated paper, lining paper and ribbon, thread, needle, thread card, tissue paper, chart and full instructions.
Small Gift BoxesThe Small Gift Boxes are ideal projects if you want a fairly speedy result. When complete, you can give it to a friend or loved one or keep it yourself. The kits all contain perforated paper, backing card, thread, needle, thread card, tissue paper, chart and full instructions.
Exploding Boxes! These perforated paper gift boxes are very enjoyable to make. They are worked on 14-count perforated paper, and stand 6 cms high. When the lid is removed, the sides fall open to reveal ... whatever you like! The colourful design is worked around the box sides and lid. Tissue paper is included to wrap your chosen gift, and complete the special box. The kits contain a sheet of perforated paper, backing card, DMC thread, ribbon, tissue paper, needle, chart and full instructions.
Fun and GamesA kit that is fun to stitch, and provides a game when complete.
This is the first kit in a new series aimed at providing pleasure for the stitcher, and pleasure for others once the work is complete. If you want to pass on your skills it is possible to use this kit to help others pick up the rudiments of cross stitching. Children could work their own counters - changing the colours from those shown on the chart if necessary - or stitch a chosen snake, or help complete one of the green squares.
Perforated PaperFollowing numerous requests from stitchers, we are now offering packs of perforated paper. Each pack contains two A4 size sheets of paper, and it comes in 14-count only. This is the same paper we use for our greetings card kits, but if you are working your own cross stitch designs you will need to use three strands of thread for cross stitches, and one or two strands for back stitches. You won't need to use a frame for the paper, and try not to get it wet. It will not fray when you cut it, and can be used to create all sorts of pieces.
